Position Overview : The Construction Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of construction administration, from pre-construction through close-out.

The role will collaborate with the project team to ensure that the entire construction process is completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and manage pre-construction documents, including estimates, bids, and budgets.
• Assist in the selection and management of subcontractors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all construction related questions.
• Prepare all required progress reports.
• Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
• Ensure that all paperwork and documentation related to the construction process is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-family construction.
• Proficient in Procore.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of pre-construction processes and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
